Eddie James Stallings

Eddie James Stallings 70 of Lockport, passed away on April 1,  2024, in Silver Cross Hospital, Ed was born June 24, 1953 in Crawford Mississippi, to Tom and Henrietta (Jackson) Stallings. Eddie worked for Graphic Enterprises Company 1982-2002 in Detroit Michigan, also OHL Inc. in Pennsylvania and other jobs before retiring.

Eddie had a passion for Softball and Golf this was a few of his favorite pass times, Eddie was also in a Bowling league and love to bowl and compete, Eddie graduated from Lockport Central High School, Eddie was a veteran who served in the Army, Eddie was known as Pops, Dad, Uncle Ed, Bro and Ed, his life was well lived with his children and family. 

Eddie is preceded in death by his grandparents, Stallings and Jacksons, his father, Tom Stallings; three brothers, James Stallings, Cornelius Stallings, Jimmy Stallings-Rice of New York; three nephews, Anthony Stallings, Miles Stallings and great nephew, Cameron Anthony Tate.

Eddie is survived by his children, Tamara (Sylvester) Conwell, Eddie Stallings Jr., DuJuan (Ayana) Pickett, Antonio Stallings, Sean Terrell Fantroy-Stallings; his mother, Henrietta Stallings; brothers, Tommie (Marilyn )Stallings, Jimmie (Donna) Stallings,  Johnnie Stallings, Julius Stallings and Darray (Kendra) Stallings all Lockport; sisters, Dorothy (Charlie) Stallings-Darden, Emma Stallings of Aurora, Lillie (Eric deceased) Williams of Detroit MI, Brenda (George) Johnson, Linda Stallings-Jaudon of Lockport, Juliet (Leroy) Chandler of Joliet and Alice(Taren) Arter of Elyria, Ohio. A host of  grandchildren, nieces, nephews and great ones so many to name, Ed was one of 16 of his father’s children.
