Norma J. Easley was born June 22, 1938 in Columbia, Tennessee. She passed away on Monday, April 15, 2019 in Homewood, IL.
She attended Hyde Park High School and Loop Junior College
Norma accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member at Faith Missionary Baptist Church of Chicago
Employment - currently retired but previously employed at Spiegel, and Secretary for Playboy, National Safety Council, and Secretary at Chase Bank.
Norma lead a very active life, she traveled all over the world and she was a member of the Red Hatters, was active in line dancing, Gospel Yoga, and curve fitness and other senior activities.
Norma leave in memory two children; Zandra Easley Lewis (Jerry) of Matteson, IL, and Garry Devon Easley of Chicago, IL; four brothers, Wilson Armstrong, Lester Armstrong, Ricky Armstrong, Daryl Armstrong; two sisters, Anita Rousse, Jackie Morgan.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Wilson Armstrong and Annie Boyd Partee. She is also preceded in death by Hattie Armstrong, Leslie Armstrong, Claude Armstrong, and Terry Armstrong.
She also leaves to cherish her memory three sisters-in-law. Mary Shyes (Joseph) of Columbia, Tennessee, Rogerine Armstrong (Leslie) of Denver, Colorado, Jennie Easley (Sam) Naperville, daughter-in-law, Doris Easley; one brother-law, James Easley, four grandchildren, Randall Easley, Zachary Lewis, Albert Townsend and Jamilia Evans; seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
