Peter Russell

Peter Louis Russell was born in Chicago, Illinois on October 26, 1956 to James and Helen Russell, Sr. He attended CVS High School, he was also a veteran of the United States Army having served his country for four years.

Peter is survived by two daughters; Keisha Allen and Sonya Allen, both of Chicago, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his loving son, Darius; father and mother, James and Helen Russell, Sr.

Peter passed away on May 16, 2019 at Pine Crest Health Care in Hazel Crest, Illinois.

He leaves behind his loving wife, Sonja Rena Russell who was beside him every day until he took his last breath.  He also leaves his siblings; James Jr, Debbra, Ronald, Anthony, Gerald, Mary Catherine and Mark; two daughters, Keesha and Sonya Allen, twelve grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
