Damien R. Kelly was born June 8, 1984 in Evansville, Indiana to Ella W. Kelly.

Damien accepted Christ at an early age.  Damien attended Joliet Grade School.  Damien graduated from Bossie High School.  Damien attended Apostolic Church of God in Marion, Illinois under the leadership of Pastor Ronald Williams.

Damien was a loving man.  He made friends wherever he went.  Damien was a Marketing Manager for Golden Corral for many years.  A few years later, Damien was a Corporate Trainer for IHOP.  He trained many people over the years.  Damien worked at IHOP until he became ill in 2016.  Damien will live in his families and friends hearts forever, gone but not forgotten.

Damien was preceded in death by his grandfather, Tommie Johnson; great aunts, Helen Snorton, Teretha Luckett, Minnie Johnson and Mary Lee Blackmon; godmother, Georgetta Gilbreath and very special cousin, Keon Kelly.

He departed this life on Monday, November 19, 2018 in Sycamore, Illinois.

Damien leaves to cherish his memories; his mother, Ella Kelly; one brother, Prentis Kelly; one sister, Shelley Kelly; his loving grandmother, Tommie Jessup; loving aunts, Linda (Terry) Duncan, Jennifer (Kenneth) Jenkins; one uncle, Frederick Kelly; nephews, Javen, Damien, Reggie, Kendrix, and Kavion; five god-sisters, Tasha, Juana, Tina, Larryinn and Seleka; god-brother, Christopher Young; 22 additional siblings; special friend, Danielle Gallagher and Dezarae Gallagher; and a host of cousins, family and friends.

I would like to give my sincere condolences to the family and friends. I know losing a loved one in death can be painful but i hope the promise at 2Cor 1:3,4 brings you peace and comfort.
