Annie Mae McIntosh-Dilworth was born February 2, 1935 to Fred Lee and Margie McIntosh in Okolona, Mississippi where she married Willie Dilworth and later moved up north. Annie accepted Christ at a young age. She was a hard worker, she worked at Central Cleaners and also worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant for many years. She was a great cook and took care of her family, raised children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Annie Mae Dilworth departed this live on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 at Parc Joliet Nursing facility and was under the care of Peace Hospice.
Annie Mae is preceded in death by her parents, husband; one daughter, Brenda Dunn-Pruitte, two grandchildren, Jermaine and Anthony Dunn; six sisters; 11 brothers; and three special sisters-in-law.
Annie Mae leaves to cherish her memories; one daughter, Bobbie McIntosh of Joliet, IL; four sons, Wille Dilworth Jr. and Charles Dilworth of Mississippi, Anthony “Morgan” Dunn Sr. of Phoenix, AZ and Steven McIntosh of Joliet, IL; one special grandson, Demetrius Dunn (Sherese); 11 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, great-great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
