Anthony Ray Williams was born August 1, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois. The son of Lacy Parker and the late Larry Parks, and loving brother to Larissa. Anthony attended Lakeshore Academy, Shiloh Academy and received his Associates degree in Hoticulture at Lincoln College in Lincoln, Illinois.
As a young adult, Anthony accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He attended Independence Boulevard Seventh-Day Adventist Church.
He had a passion for art and horticulture. He was a huge Tom Brady and New England Patriots fan.
Anthony proudly worked as an employee at Essations Hair Care Company in Chicago Heights, Illinois. He was an exceptional worker and received many accolades from the Luster family.
Anthony was a great friend. He would have your back no matter what. He was loved by not just family but a host of friends because he had a genuine spirit of love and was willing to lend a hand wherever he could. Anthony had full life and treasured the time he spent with those he loved. He was exceptionally proud of his three nephews, and adored his great nieces. HE LOVED HIS SISTER LARISSA, AS HE WAS HER FOREVER BEST FRIEND.
God in his infinite wisdom and mercy called Anthony home to his eternal resting place on March 2, 2024 surrounded by his loved ones.
Anthony was preceded in death by his father, Larry Parks; grandparents, Rufus and Charlson Clay; aunt, Willough Pearl Frazier; and cousin, Yalonda Ray.
Anthony leaves to cherish his only child, Antonette Johnson; grandson, Romell Johnson; mother, Lacy Parker; sister, Larissa Hobbs (Eugene); nephews, Anthony Williams (Melissa), Jeffery Williams (Danielle), Marvin Durr; great nieces, Morgan Williams, Isla Williams; aunts, Patricia Ray (Mavin), Rosia Coleman; uncle, Lawrence Williams (Millie); fiancé, Nichelle Mack; children-in-love, Lonza Harris, Lynai Harris Elyssa Harvey-Thomas; eight grandchildren-in-love and a host of cousins, family and friends.
