Anthony Riccardo White was born in Chicago, Illinois to James and Maxine White on March 17, 1960. He departed this earthly life on April 25, 2024 at the age of 64.
After graduating from high school, Anthony joined the United States Air Force as a jet engine mechanic. He had assignments in London, Turkey and Texas. Upon completion of his military career, he used his skills as a jet mechanic for United Airlines. Later, Anthony served the community as a police officer for the Joliet Police Department. As a police officer, he enjoyed assisting the under privileged and helping the elderly. Anthony then became a truck driver and enjoyed traveling from state to state.
In his free time, Anthony loved to go fishing and hunting with his buddies, Spencer Foster and Bob Snodgrass. He could stay outdoors for hours enjoying these hobbies. He was very proud of the catches he made and animals he brought home. He would often celebrate by having a fish fry for his family and friends. He also really enjoyed spending time with his loved ones and playing with his grandkids.
Anthony is preceded in death by his parents, James and Maxine; his son, Cameron; his siblings, Renae and Jefferey.
Anthony leaves behind to cherish his memories; his wife, Barbara; his children, Steven, Tiffany, Kamaurie, and Courtney; his grandchildren, Makayla, Messiah, and Aubree. His coming soon great grandson, Kash'Mir; his sister, Robin (Melvin) Jones; four nieces, his best friends, Spencer and Bob and a host of family and friends.
