Carter King Chandler

Carter King Chandler was born to Shantell Bew and Vincent Chandler at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.

Carter leaves to cherish his memories; his parents; one brother, paternal grandparents, Latasha Chandler and Vincent Chandler; maternal grandparents, Felicia McAfee and Carl Bew; uncles, units, and a host of friends.

Cather’s smile would light up the room. He was a very happy, bubbly little boy.  His time here brought so much love and joy to our family.
