Deborah L. Wallace

Deborah Lynn Wallace was born on May 7, 1963 in Chicago, IL, the second child born to Tom and Gloria Jean Wallace, who preceded in death. She accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at New Testament Baptist Church. Next, Deborah joined Resurrection Missionary Baptist Church. Later on, she joined New Faith Missionary Baptist Church until her transition.

Deborah received her formal education from Amos Alonzo Stagg School. Next, she graduated from Garfield Alternative High School in 1981. Soon after, Deborah attended Olive Harvey College. 

In the early 2000s, she worked at White Cap as a machine operator. Next, she started working at Fiserv as a reconciler. She was loved and admired by her colleagues. Her colleagues were like an extended family. 

In December 28, 1994 gave birth to her beautiful daughter Chanell E. Raines at Rush University Medical Center. Deborah loved Chanell so dearly. She lead Chanell to Christ and taught her the importance of love, serving, and education. She will be missed by her daughter.

Along with spending time with family and friends, Deborah enjoyed traveling and shopping. 

Our beloved Deborah leaves to cherish her memory, her beautiful daughter Chanell "Shay" Raines; Three beloved sisters, Beverly Wallace, Joyce Wallace, and Diane Wallace; Two uncles, Raymond Johnson (Brenda), Manuel Johnson. One nephew and Four nieces, Terrance "T-Bone" Sanders (Erika), Twanda Barnes (Kenneth), Claudia Wallace, Chiquita "Button" Ollison (Venishia Ollison), and Jasmine Knox. Great nephews and niece, Damario Lomax, Kenyon Barnes, Aubree Wallace, Caleb "CJ" Wallace, and Legend Ollison and a host of family and friends.
