Emmanuel Q. Tucker was born to the union of Freda Tucker and Andrew Kelly on January 29, 1980 in Joliet, Illinois. He was the fourth child of five children. He made his transition unexpected death on Friday, August 29, 2025 in Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
Emmanuel was a lifelong resident of Joliet, IL for many years until he moved to Arkansas in 2004. He attended Joliet Central Township High School.
Emmanuel was a very funny person, always having fun with everybody and making everybody laugh. Emmanuel worked many years in food service as a manager and chef and loved cooking. He was always cooking out and barbecuing in someone’s backyard. He was a great cook. He worked at several jobs and touched so many lives. He worked at Northwest Arkansas National Airport, Gates Factory, Simmons Foods, Wal-Mart, Whataburger and Cherokee Nation Casino West in Siloam Springs, AR. He also liked going to the Casino and always winning big. He enjoyed drawing as a hobby. He loved spending time with his family and friends.
Emmanuel is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Freddie Mae Brown; grandfather, Benjamin Brown; two uncles, Richard Clay and Benjamin Brown Jr.; paternal grandparents, Coleman and Laura Kelly; four uncles, T.C. Horton, Edward Kelly, Floyd Kelly and Melvin Kelly; three aunts, Rosie Lee Brown, Annie Lee Marshall, Lillian Fowler and Ophia Dee Bledsoe.
Emmanuel leaves to cherish his memories; daughter, Emani J. Tucker, her mother and ex-wife Melanie (Darren) West; mother, Freda Tucker; father, Andrew Kelly; brothers and sisters, Carletus Tucker, Delores Tucker, Jesse (LaToi) Tucker, Gwendolyn Tucker; brothers and sisters from another Mother; Rhonda “Tiny” Farmer, Andrew Kelly Jr., Stephen Dwayne (Lisa) Kelly, Marlon Vonell (Veronica) Kelly, Jamona Kelly, Eric (Aisha)Watt, Detori Watt, all of Joliet; Shareena Kelly and Katrina (Damien) Hankins (Texas); Justin Blake (Dorothea) Foster and Paul (Jennifer) Foster (Oklahoma, Nebraska); Aunts, Vernice Jefferson, Barbara Green and Ruthie Nicholas; Uncles, Mose Kizer, Allen Brown and James Brown; Special nephew, Jesse “Jr” Tucker; Longtime girlfriend, Amanda Morales and her daughters, Autumn and Alondra Morales; Special friends, Quinton Winston, Esun Morris and LD Stokes; and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
