Everett Tyrone Cole Jr.

 A son, a brother, and a favorite cousin, Everett Tyrone Cole Jr. aka TY, was born on October 16, 1981, to Cheryl McKnight and Everett Cole Sr. in Joliet, IL. He was called home suddenly to be with the Lord early on Saturday, October 5, 2024, at Silver Cross Hospital in New Lenox, IL.

TY was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Ernest and Jessie Shaw; five aunts, Mary Jane, Ernestine, Ruby, Molika, and Doris; and uncle, Derrick Lee Carver.

TY loved spending time with his family and extended family, alike. TY considered himself a "Mama's Boy" and loved to spend time and speak with his mother, Cheryl Hill.

He loved his siblings and was inseparable from his cousins, nieces, and nephews. Whether he was bugging his aunties to cook or showing us the newest snack or going out to celebrate life, TY was a joy. To know him was to love him.

T.Y. Rockstar WAS the party and he always had a smile on his face.

TY leaves behind his mother and step-father, Cheryl and Bill Hill; father, Everett T. Cole Sr.; his lovely grandmother, Addie Mae McKnight; two sisters, KnieaKay Cole and Tonice (Shantel) Jones; one brother, Corzell Cole; aunts, Karen, Marla, Reacka, and Sheila; five uncles, George, Anthony, Derrick, Tim, and Anthony; sibling-cousins, Starkisha Herrod, Jessica Jones, and Gerald Green; a host of nieces and nephews, and life-long friends.
