Gregory Allen McCallum

Gregory Allen McCallum was born September 30, 1959 in Joliet, Illinois to Spigel McCallum and Thelma McCallum (nee Taylor).  He passed away suddenly on Monday, October 7, 2024.

Greg as he was affectionately known attended Joliet Public Schools and graduated from Joliet West High School.  He also attended Joliet Junior College and was a two-time State Champion Wrestler. He loved being a comedian and spending time with family.

Greg is preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and Spigel McCallum; grandparents, Luella and Carey Taylor; sister, Lisa McCallum and nephew, Anthony Dwayne Stallings.

Greg leaves to cherish his memories; his brother, Dwayne (Colleen) McCallum; nieces, Yvette (Ernest) Myers, Tara (Keenan) Chandler, and Taylor Mack; nephews, Christopher McCallum, Darrius Stallings and Jamie Mack; numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews.
