JacQuevella Oliver, affectionately known as “Jackie” was born January 20, 1966 in Chicago, Illinois to Anderson Oliver and Valerie Oliver (nee Wilson). She was raised by Valerie Nickson and Charles Nickson.
Jackie was a nurse by profession and was employed for various nursing homes throughout her career.
She departed this life on Sunday, November 2, 2025 as Ascension St. Joseph Hospital-Chicago.
Jackie loved keeping in contact with her family members and always tried to keep the family close. She enjoyed to the casino for the entertainment and would always say “the middle of my left hand itching” which meant she had some money coming in. She was a great protector which was inclusive of her family, friends and co-workers.
She is survived by her beloved son, Christopehr Oliver; life partner, Steven Walker; brothers, Darry Wilson, Darnell and David Oliver; grandchildren, Christopher Oliver Jr., Caleah Romes, Justice Johnson, Caiden Oliver and Cody Oliver; cherished cousins, Brian Weeks and Elwanda Dudley; niece, Sharon, Wilson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
