Jessica Sherice Latham was born on March 12, 1986, Jessica lived a life that was filled with song and endless support came to a close on June 09, 2026. She attended and graduated from the Joliet School System and later furthered her education at Ultimate Medical Academy. Jessica loved to sing, travel, and have fun whenever and wherever; she never met a stranger. She traveled the world in band and various choirs throughout her life. She was the ultimate soprano, and could carry an entire section by herself. Her love for music awarded her opportunities to sing for background for recording artists and countless studio sessions.
Jessica loved her family, friends and classmates maintaining a strong relationship with most of her graduating class members until her sunset. Jessica, defied the odds by continuing to accomplish milestones even while dealing with infirmity. She was a great example of love and community fellowship. She showed up for everyone no matter the distance, time and place.
Jessica was preceded in death by her grandfather and grandmother, Leroy and Lee Etta Latham. She leaves to cherish her joyful memories; her mother and bonus dad, Jacqueline and George Woods Jr.; son, Mark Jeremiah Latham; bonus siblings, Don Mayberry, Barbara Robinson-Harmon, Jasmine Jackson, Neisha Hall, Mother Renetta Seay-Patterson, Tesha Robinson, Renee Moffet, The Purchase, Waits and Richardson Families, Suzette Williams, Jackie Campbell, Melody "Cookie" Williams, Eviaun Pierce and Ayendia Brown; god grandmother, Barbara Harmon; god grandfather, Larry Harmon; god auntie, Chantay Dawson-Peacher and god uncle, George Peacher and a host of family and friends throughout the world.
