Kristeen (Seabron) Hernandez

Kristeen “Seabron” Hernandez was born October 7, 1973 in Joliet, Illinois to the union of Wayne Arthur and Barbara Ann Seabron. She was the second child of three daughters. She made her transition peacefully at home on July 15, 2025.

Kristeen lived in Illinois with her family. Kristeen graduated from Joliet Central High School and attended Joliet Junior College.

Kristeen accepted Christ at a young age and continued her faith. She was a loving Aunt with a beautiful spirit. She opened her door to others with no question asked, always willing to help anyone, and was known to be that fun, unique aunt. To be around her is knowing a good laugh was coming. Besides helping others, she enjoyed going to Colorado Springs, visiting Las Vegas, and watching scary movies.  She loved spending time with family and friends.

Kristeen lived in Illinois with her family. Kristeen graduated from Joliet Central High School and attended Joliet Junior  College.

Kristeen, a dedicated CNA, worked for over 20 years at Villa Franciscan Nursing Home. She was treasured by staff and residents

Kristeen cherished her memories made with her two sisters, Kimberly and Kathleen, her nieces and nephews, Megan Symmone Seabron (Mark), Anthony Riggins, Jordan Wayne Seabron, Katarina Riggins, Kennedy Summer Seabron (Paul), and Kaylor Riggins, foster nieces, Vanessa, Ashley W, and Ashley S. Kristeen also cherished her aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews, and many cousins.
