Mary H. Brown

Mary H. Brown born March 4, 1957 to Mary Lou Gray and L.C. Gray Sr. She departed this life on Friday, July 3, 2026 with her daughters by her side.

Mary accepted Christ at an early age at Friendship Baptist Church.
Mary was a C.N.A. at Provena Saint Joseph Hospital for 18 years where helping people was her passion.

Mary was a great mother, and great grandmother, she loved to travel, get dressed and cute and take photo shoots, and spend time with her family.

Mary is preceded in death by her grandparents, Bert and Ma Mattie Fields; father, L.C. Gray Sr.; daughter, Mary Gray (BabyLou); brother, John Gray; two best friends. Janice Lane, and Evelyn Henderson.

Mary is survived by her two daughters, Priscilla Gray, and Angelika Brown; two sons, William (Lashawda) Gray of Tennessee, and Raymayne Gray; four sisters, Mary Ann Love, Shirley Simmons, Abbie (Anthony) Walker Sr., Bernice (Marvin) Stewart, and two brothers, Charles Gray, and L.C. Gray Jr.  and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
