Maryann Kelly

Maryann Kelly, 74, of Stringer, MS, born August 13,1946 to Ernest Sr. and Velma (Jones) Ulmer.

Maryann was a loving woman with a heart of pure gold. The favorite aunt and the “go to” sister.

Maryann retired from Salem Village Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after 25 years of dedicated service.

On December 20, 2020, Maryann accepted her eternal reward. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest Sr. and Velma (Jones) Ulmer; one sister, Bertha Ulmer; four brothers, Wesley Ulmer (Clarabelle, deceased); Ernest Ulmer Jr. (Arlene, deceased), James Ulmer, Howard Ulmer (Gwendolyn); and one son, Darnell Ulmer.

Maryann leaves to cherish five children; Bertha McMorris (Mark), Antiery Ulmer, Jill Ulmer, Laverne Sims, and Patrick Ulmer; eleven grandchildren, Erica Ulmer (Jor’el), Andre Ulmer, Tinnorris Sims, Nakita Ulmer, Drenda Reed (Markeith), Justin Johnson, Candis Ulmer, Caprishyanna Mackins, Herbert Mackins, Tyler Sims, and Miracle Ulmer; four sisters, Pearlene Lanier (Joe dec), Rosie Lanier (Robert), Dorothy Pruitt, and Carolyn Mabry (John); two brothers, John L Ulmer (Gladys), and Willie Charles Ulmer, a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and loved ones.
