Naomi Richardson

Naomi Richardson was born February 19, 1943 in Drew,  Mississippi to the late Shelly and Quincella (nee Durham) Jefferson.  She went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 6, 2022, with her family by her bedside. 

Naomi accepted Christ at a young and kept Him first in all that she did.  She was an avid reader of her bible, and shared many life testimonies with family and friends.  She began her career with the Caterpillar Tractor Company, then later pursued a career in cosmetology as a salon beautician.  

Naomi was loved by all she came into contact with.  She believed in encouraging people to exercise their full potential in all they did.  She cared and protected her children and grandchildren.  She will certainly be missed. 

Naomi leaves to carry on her legacy, three sons, Napoleon Jackson, Wallace Jackson, and Alvin Jackson; three siblings, Odia, Ida, and Shelly; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
