Percy Dukes Jr.

Percy Dukes Jr. was called home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, January 28, 2025.  He was born on July 10, 1957, in Joliet, Illinois at St. Joesph Hospital to Percy Dukes Sr. and Mary B. Henderson.  

Percy Dukes Jr. received Christ at an early age.  Percy was always holding fast to his love and faith in God.  He attended Joliet East High School.  He was a hard worker; he worked various jobs throughout his life.  Percy retired early due to health issues.  Percy was a loving husband, father, son, and brother.

Percy is preceded in death by his father, Percy Dukes Sr.; wife, Debra Dukes and his daughter, Tamika Dukes.

He leaves to cherish his memory; his mother, Mary B. Collins; two sons, Mario Adams and Percy Dukes III; loving sisters, Rosalind Jenkins and Tammy Chandler-Jones; brother, David Chandler, Timothy Chandler and Frank Chandler and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
