Rakwoune Jashard Marquese Williams-Creal

In Loving Memory of Rakwoune RJ Williams-Creal, 

Rakwoune, affectionately known as Tooter by the family and Rj by his friends, was born on January 14, 1999 in Joliet, Illinois to Katrina Williams and Daniel Thomas.  

Tooter attended Poston Butte High School in San Tan Valley, Arizona. He was active in sports and played on the football and wrestling team.  

Tooter attended Brown Chapel AME of Joliet, Illinois at a young age until the family moved to Arizona. He continued his fellowship under the guidance of Ty Workman at The Church Of Jesus Christ and Latter-day Saints, where he was baptized, until he moved to Phoenix, Arizona. 

Tooter was a bright, kind, and compassionate soul who touched the hearts of everyone he encountered. His infectious smile and positive spirit were a constant source of joy to those who knew him. 

Tooter had a deep love for art, particularly drawing, and spent countless hours perfecting his craft. His creativity knew no bounds, and his passion for art was inspired by everyone around him. He dreamed of one day becoming a model, and it showed in all of his pictures. His ambition and dedication were evident in every endeavor he pursued. 

More than anything, Tooter had an unparalleled ability to make people feel loved and appreciated. Whether it was a friend, family member, or even someone he met briefly, he left a lasting impression. His kind heart and generous nature will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him. 

Tooter worked as a customer service associate for some years at Tilly's, where his love and  flare for fashion showed in the way he dressed and how he helped so many customers pick out clothes that fit their personality. Tooter was a very fashionable young man, he could go into any store from thrift to Neiman Marcus and find that perfect outfit for any occasion.  

Tooter was very active, he enjoyed rollerblading everywhere he went and this kept him in shape, while he wore those fashionable outfits.  

Tooter went home with the Lord on January 09, 2025 to join his brother Kiwoune on Thursday, January 09, 2025. 

Tooter is proceeded in death his brother, Kiwoune Rashard-Jacquese Williams-Creal, Maternal Great Grandparents Barney Creal Sr., Nezzie Creal and John and Willie Mae Williams, Maternal Grandfather, Charles Williams,  Paternal Grandparents William and Ellen Thomas, special cousin Betty Pearl Williams. 

He leaves behind his loving parents Katrina Williams of Chicago, Illinois; Daniel (Lashone) Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; Grandmother Lennie Williams of Joliet, Illinois; Step Grandmother Gwendolyn Williams of University Park, Illinois; Sisters, Shontayzia (Tay) Williams of Joliet, Illinois; Stachia Williams of Joliet, Illinois; Shametria Williams of Chicago, Illinois; Sianna McDonald of Chicago, Illinois; Daja Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; Madison Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; Diavoinne Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; Brothers Kiwoune Creal-McDonald of Joliet, Illinois; Coreaon Williams-Creal of Chicago, Illinois; Eric Thomas of Chicago, Illinois; Daniel Thomas Jr. of Chicago, Illinois; Niece, Emurie McDonald, Nephews, Javeon Creal, Kannon Brown, Elias McDonald and Kylan Harris; Uncles Alastair (Raven) Williams, John (Joy) Williams, Anthony Thomas; Aunts Rosalind Thomas, Autumn Williams; a special friends Donald Cotts, Davi Moreno, Austin Curtis and Erin Curtis a host of cousins and other relatives.  

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations his GoFundMe campaign.
