Sally Marie Via

Sally Marie Via, age 77, passed away Sunday, January 26, 2025 surrounded by her loving family. A devoted mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, she lived a life full of love, creativity, and connection.

She is survived by her two daughters, Lana Cuda-Shields (John) and Leah Sahler (Mike), and her five beloved grandsons, Tyler Cuda, Matthew Cuda, Michael Turnell, CJ Sahler, and Cody Sahler. She also leaves behind her brother, Tom Adams, and her devoted partner, Roy Agner as well as extended family members. 

Sally spent 15 years working at MCL, where she made many cherished memories. She retired after a fulfilling career and enjoyed her days surrounded by her family. An avid artist, she loved drawing and painting and shared her creativity with those closest to her. Known for her vibrant spirit, she was also an avid user of social media, staying connected with friends and family far and wide.

She approached life with humor, love, and an open heart, and her impact on those who knew her will be felt forever.

The family will hold a private service to celebrate her life. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the American Cancer Society in her memory.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
