Samuel Charles Black II, affectionately known as Sleepy G, was born February 2, 1981, in Chicago, IL, to Alice B. Evans.
Samuel‘s mother birthed four children, with him being the fourth.
Samuel obtained his high school equivalent certificate on July 3, 2003. As an adult, he worked as a forklift driver at many warehouses. Waiting for him at heaven's gate with open arms and a smile are his grandparents Helen and Dewey Black; Eddie B. & Sam Evans; his father, Samuel Black Sr.; and his brother, Michael Black.
Samuel is survived by his mother, Alice Martin; his beloved wife, Josefina Black; and his children, Samiya Black, Samuel Black III, Alice Black & James Black.
