Shawn T. Williamson

Shawn Trenell Williamson, was born on August 26, 1985 in Joliet, IL to Viola Williamson and Jerry Williamson. He departed this life on July 12, 2026. He graduated from Joliet West High School and later was accepted at the then renowned Institute for Production Recording (IPR) in Minneapolis, MN to study and earn a bachelor degree in music production. Shawn gave his life to Jesus at an early age attending church with his family. Besides his many received gold metals for track and field, Shawn had also used his gift for creating, mixing and producing music beats to start a music catalogue. Shawn also had a heart for gaming where he was able to co-create a game called “GE Warrior.

He was preceded in death by his brother: Fredrick Jermaine Williamson, his maternal grandparents: Earnest and Arcenia Jordan, and paternal grandparents: Edgar and Essie Williamson.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents: Viola (Gerald) Kill and Jerry (Wanda) Williamson, his siblings: TaShonda (Eugene) Brown, Alex Blackmon, Janita Williamson, Kyle Williamson, Jeri Williamson, Rachel (Jeremy) Rodgers, Leah Warren, Chanteya Warren, and Somya Mirville, along with a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved him dearly.
