Sheron "Tony" Cobble Obituary

Sheron Anthony Cobble, affectionately known as “Tony” was born March 26, 1940 in Pulaski, Tennessee to Raymon Cobble and Sarah (nee Jones) Cobble.  He entered into eternal life on Saturday, January 8, 2022.  He was a loving husband, father, son, brother and great friend.  Sheron attended College Hill Elementary School and Graduated from Carver-Smith High School. He also played the trumpet while in High School. 

He served in the United States Army and was honorably discharged in January 1962. Then over the next 25 years he worked for General Motors, starting on the assembly line working his way up to becoming a Foreman.  Some of his hobbies included carpentry, collecting trains, and listening to Jazz and Blues.  He will truly be missed by all who knew him. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymon and Sarah Cobble; siblings, Raymon Austin Cobble and Claudia McLean.

Sheron is survived by his loving wife, Patricia Cobble; children, Kevin Cobble, Djuna Blackmon, Kenneth Cobble, Trenell Cobble and Shari Cobble; siblings, Helen Easley, Nadine Cobble Hill and Runa Cobble Cooke; grandchildren, Darnell Blackmon, Djuna Blackmon, Anna Marie Young, Miranda Cassandra Evans- Bassett, Danielle Cobble, Kimarhi Blackmon, Tam Aviles huyah, Jermaine Jones Jr., and Kenneth High Jr.; along with many cherished nieces and nephews. 

In an effort to prevent the spread of Covid and to allow for a safe environment for the people to gather, masks are required.
