William Penn Bass

Mr. William Penn Bass, a beloved husband, father and friend is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years, Barbara J. Bass, and their six cherished children, Kelly D. Montgomery (Ulysses), Eric D. Bass, William D. Bass (Tamika), Michael Thompson (deceased), Holly Thompson, and Michelle Mokry (Dan). He had five grandchildren that he adored immensely, Aziza Little Bass, Leah D. Bass, William D. Bass, Brielle D. Bass and Abby Thompson; and one great grandchild, Zion Carrington.

William was preceded in death by his parents, Lee A. Bass (father) and Ada P. Bass (mother), as well as, his four siblings, Bettye J. Wright, Lee A. Bass, Lee Aaron Bass, and Barbara F. Bass.  He had a heart for all his family and friends, including his special cousin, Jesse Bass, and special niece, Tina Duckins.

William had a passion for fishing, often finding solace and joy on the water.  He loved sharing this hobby with his family, creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.

Known for his kindness and generous spirit, William touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Rest in peace, William Penn Bass.  Your love and laughter will remain in our hearts.
