A Time To be Born
Leo Plummer was born September 18, 1935 in Pachuta, Mississippi to Richard and Rosie Plummer (Brown).

A Time to Educate
Leo Graduated from Pachuta Grammar School, he went on to graduate from Shirley Owens Vocational High School on April 28, 1958.  He decided against college to stay home and help his family.  Leo was a strikingly handsome young man that could charm his way in or out of anything.  Leo was loved by everyone he knew, his smile would light up any room.

A Time for His Passion and Commitment
Being a light and touching so many lives, Leo enjoyed spending time with his friends and family.  He was committed to his family on every level. Leo honored and cherished his commitment to his family; he was a father, a provider, disciplinarian, a friend, a confidant, a mentor, a brother, an uncle, and most of all, a great man.

A Time to Be With the Lord
Leo departed this life on November 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virgie Mae Lenore; his son, Jeffery Plummer; mother and father, Richard and Rosie Plummer; seven sisters, Randella Plummer-Strickland, Getherine Plummer-Gordon, Henritta Plummer-Spencer, Carrie Plummer-McCree, Flora Plummer- Jasper, Mary Plummer-Gordon, Lillie Plummer-Dansby; six brothers, Henry Plummer, John Plummer, Lugene Plummer, Charles (CJ) Plummer, Leon Plummer, Thomas Plummer, and a host of friends and family.

A Time to Mourn
Leo Leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Larry Watts, Dewanda Plummer, Rodney Plummer (Deborah), Patrick Plummer (Rhoda), Nicholas Plummer (Eliza), Latasha Plummer (Anthony); one sister, Gertrude Bailey; two brothers, Richard Plummer Jr., and Charles Franklin Plummer; a nephew, Richard Spencer; two nieces, Lillian Edwards and Noami Jones-Smith; twenty-eight grandchildren, and thirty great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, n0ephews, cousins and others that loved him.
