Tyrone Jeffery Cambric was born on June 13, 158 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Donald Cambric Sr. and Verlie Cambric.  Tyrone was the ninth of the eleven born; four sisters and six brothers.

Tyrone grew up on the southside of Chicago in Englewood.  He attended D.S> Wentworth Elementary School and Parker High School.  Tyrone accepted Christ at Englewood Mennonite Church where his mother was a long time active member.  Tyrone often worked with his older brother Donald who he respected and deeply loved, doing carpentry and electrical work.

Tyrone was a loving brother, father and grandfather.  He was known is the neighborhood as “Ty,” very outgoing, fancy dresser and fast talker.  He would keep you laughing and could talk on any subject.  Tyrone had a generous heart and loved his mother and family, especially his sisters.

Tyrone was happy to become a father.  When Tyrone’s daughter was born, it was nothing that he wouldn’t do for her.  He was one of the most proudest father and grandfather, bragging all the time on his daughter and grandson.

Tyrone married Wendy Smith on July 7, 1996, who preceded him in death.

Tyrone departed this life at 7:00 a.m. on January 11, 2018.  He made peace and accepted his situation as God knew what was best for him.

Tyrone leaves to cherish his memories; his daughter, Danielle Dunn; his grandson Tildon Dunn Jr.; his mother, Verlie Cambric; mother-in-law, Lendora McNott (Andrew); sister, Donna Jackson (Orvel-deceased) of Country Club Hills, IL; brother, Jerry Cambric (Linda) of Converse, TX, brother, Donald Cambric (Ernestine-deceased) of Chicago, IL; sister, Verlie McBroom (Douglas) of Ferris, TX; brother, Virgil Cambric (Valencia) of Markham, IL; sister, Lorraine Brown of Calumet City, IL; brother, Stephen A Cambric (deceased), brother, Michael W.
